Deliveries and Returns

Deliveries

We offer deliveries through APC Overnight within the United Kingdom. Services to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are not part of our standard delivery charge. If you order from one of those areas we will contact you with updated delivery costs. If you spend more than £60 on an order and your are in the UK then the delivery is free of charge; unless you are requesting delivery outside mainland United Kingdom. In those cases we will add appropriate shipping costs.
Some areas of Scotland do not qualify for next business day delivery
We do offer delivery services to most countries (USA, France, Germany, etc.) using Royal Mail International tracked and signed services.
Most items are in stock and will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders need to be accepted prior to 11am for next business day delivery. Some items have an Availability notice - ships 1 week after order for example. Those items are in transit from our Danish suppliers.
Some items may require special delivery (e.g. Furniture, shipments outside of UK) if you order these types of items there might be an additional delivery charge. We will add those costs to the order.

Returns

We offer a no hassle returns policy. Simply return the items with your receipt within 14 days of purchase to our shop in Frinton On Sea. We will review the items returned and offer a full refund where appropriate.
